It really takes too long to meditate off player poison/disease
I've been tripple incapped after meditating for at least 30 sec (that one time I was lucky enough to take out a CM before my mind was gon he still got me
)
Meditation for almost 30s, incap, get up, meditate, drink spiced tea, incap, get up, meditate, max out your stomach on spiced tea...DEAD WITH DECAY!

Actually doctors dont survive that well against CMs, sure in a duel they will but in PvP theyre too busy cureing and heasling their team m8s eventually theyll run out of packs or get lazy. Especially when currently a CM can toss a poison & disease about 90m. And good poisons with spider venom will wound you very fast, we're talkingabout half you mind wounded in one tick, happened to me. In PVP you can usually tell who the doctor is after a few mins, in which case the CMs direct their attention at them.

i found a belt from a vendor and it had +10 poison resistance and +10 disease resistance...not sure if that would help much in pvp..but, its worth a try...Appolyon

While I stood there..fighting and healing myself.
In the currrent state that PVP is you have to have Doc Skills.
Im currently
TKM
Doc 4-0-4-0
Fencer 3-0-4-0
I really hope you mean 'Fencer 3400'.
