I always thought it would be kickass to dual-wield VK's.
Anyway, the highest pair I have owned was a 50 something - 150 something. Nothing special.

I've got a set of VK's that are 2.2 speed with a max damage of 225, no power ups. 
They've got like, a max life of 1100 or something.

113-344dmg max is best on chimaera, definatley not double slcied etc, made from some very nice NS vibro motors (infact used by volta' a while ago who posted earlier in the thread

saw a vk with like 700. needless to say it got a 30% damage slice combined with legendary NS motors
