I refrain from PvP unless its duels since I refuse to pick up a coward's toy (gun), it'll ruin my Chi for me to do so. I gotta be different.

As a teras kasi artist trying to work on commando also, nothing is more rewarding then to find a pistoleer nieve enough to think you are stupid for closing range with a gun, whip out your fists, knock him down, and beat the piss out of him. The total state of confusion for the next minutes of the fight is reward enough for this class. play smarter not harder

I've taken down/deathblowed my share ofgunners with my fists. Although I must admit it was never a straight up 1v1 duel. Gotta be sneaky.

First of all, I love TKA and have given up every ranged weapon to keep TKA while I build other skills.

I had my first experience of PvP last night. Was in a starport and saw this red on my map. Watched as the dude ran all the way from the outside of the starport, through the hallways and finally to the waiting area where he knocks me down at range. I'm like...gay...not gonna get near him. I get up (he missed the next shot) and run around a corner while my pets attack him. Get tired of it and run around the corner at him full speed. I think I freaked him out cause he didn't knock me down again...just stunned me. I get a knockdown off on him...he was dead in about 5 seconds. I'm 0/1/3/1 in the TKA tree so it's not like I'm really advanced and this was against a Novice BH (don't know how high up he was) so it surprised me how easy it was. I assume it's not always that way...

I thought about giving up TKA...ain't gonna happen.
