And that information is incorrect. Mankind00 posted the link, so I won't repost it, but the Unarmed Damage Attachments do not work, whereas the Unarmed Damage Modifier (gained through leveling TK and through Racial Bonuses) does work.

I saw the same post Ryutek saw, when he asked about it. I was suprised to hear it didn't work either. ( Been playing TKA alot lately, hopefully you guys don't mind me lurking )
Always wanted to try Master Brawler and Master TKA together, I notice that Lunge2 works alot more than KD2, and the added toughness helps.
I started a new char on eclipse I am going to grind and made him a Dosh for these bonuses, hopefully they are working.

Just for a little more confirmation if you want. I leveled brawler 4-0-0-0 with a zabrak and then shortly after with a trando. It was MUCH easier in that begining n00b phase(before the +70 for novice) as a trando. Almost anything I'd hit for the first cuple boxes would die in one hit.

I love being a trandoshan, but sadly it's mostly for RP purposes, from a min/max view I think our penalties outweigh our benefits even as TKMs.
Anyways, to address this:
I think it does too, I have always used Lunge2 as a backup when KD2 doesn't seem to be knocking down my opponent. Maybe since KD2 has dizzy in it they reduced the KD chance as a compromise, that's just speculation from me though. Also the added range and extra damage of Lunge2 is nice.
It's a shame I recently gave up Master Brawler to free up enough points for FS skills.

One of the things perpetuating TKM nerf cries is the absurd ranged of lunged 2 , a Fricken Master Brawler Sill.
MY ARMS ARE 25m long!!!!

In Star Wars 1m=1'.
I can be right in front of something and it says I'm a meter away. Distance is not to scale in the game.
Lunge2 is 20m, which is more like 20'. That's still a long range but it's necessary unless they remove the ability to kite from ranged combat (which is even more unrealistic than lunge, I dare you to *sprint* in one direction, twist your upper body around to face the other way, and fire a gun at a moving target and see how accurate you are and how fast you can actually move).
