Here is a basic rundown.
Powerboost was pretty much rewritten to be a useful skill.
Lunge now causes some damage.
Range was not increased, despite what the notes say.
Something was changed to cause UH3, UH2, and possibly other specials to do significantly less damage.
Damage variability range for UH3, and possibly other attacks, was extended significantly lower.
