And they continue to do so, just like a PC would. Sometimes they get up while still dizzy, sometimes they keep trying until dizzy wears off. This is not a nerf, it's a fix. Yes, it makes taking out NPCs harder, but NPCs of any caliber are already highly resistant to both dizzy and KD (higher Nightsisters, FS types, etc...)
