Actually Lucas officially accepted Shadows of the Empire as part of the Star Wars Mythos. He was so impressed how well the book fit into the movies and tied them together that he licensed the figures for the book as well as the game. On that note Kyle Katarn is also considered part of it because the official license took the Dark Forces/Jedi Outcast series under its wing. I know you want proof, do research, you'll find it. As for the EU crap like the Yuuzan Vong and all that, its fanboy crap but I believe that TKA is part of the Star Wars Mythos as for the Order...well the Devs are god in this department, I mean if you really want to get into an EU fued then why is Exar Kun mentioned in the game? He wasn't in the movies.
Also am I the only one who wants a damned Force Adept Class??? If the force is so prominent in the Star Wars Universe why is there only one FS class in the game??? Just my opinion, if ya don't like it don't mind it

I agree. I would love for there to be more Force adept classes in the game. Make them harder to obtain, sure, but why not introduce a variety of force users and personalize the characters a bit more. Perhaps a more faction based FS slot other than Jedi and Sith. I would also like for there to be different types of jedi's. As the game stands now, all Jedi have equal skills, based on skill level of course, but why not make it more like the other classes and allow for several "elite" if you will, classes. That at least would allow for the above mentioned variety of force users. This could be where perhaps your TK ORDER would become available to play as a charcter.

I agree with that one dude, this isn't a Starwars game, it is an upgrade from another game witha Star Wars Mod

check out this link.. has a buttload on TK and the Order... all taken from the EU as far as I know. And what if it's not canon? Who cares... I think a Force Sensitive Order for the FSCS would be awesome... instead of just Jedi... I completely agree I don't think you should have to be a jedi to use the force... are Nightsisters and Singing Clan jedi? No! We neeed more Force Adepts!

hell I dont want to be a jedi or anything like that
I just want some force powers to play around with
hell I'd be happy with force run and some other minor force powers. but like thats going to happen *sigh*

Soooo.....I guess what you are saying is that Jedi aren't to be feared, only the Jedi order. Thats just silly. Luke wasn't part of the Jedi order because it wasn't there anymore-still wouldn't want to get in a fight with him

This game is not following the story line of the Starwars movies in any aspect except the very basic ones. There is no time frame, There is nothing stating "As in the movies" or anything of that sort.
How could i be so blind, you are the sole authority on what is considered cannon and what isn't.
All books are considered cannon, even that "fanboy crap" with the yuuzhon vong

A Jedi is still part of the Jedi Order... don't be stupid lol, they aren't called Jedi until they become them. If they are notJedi they are just force sensitive... what noone seems to realize is a Teras Kasi Artist is the game is not one of the Force Sensitive Teras Kasi Order, I made this post so ppl would stop bugging about when we are gonna become all uber with force lightning or bug about what Teras Kasi Artists are... I'm just telling you what they are. Like I said Darth Maul was a TKM but also a sith.. he was not part of the TKO (Teras Kasi Order). Like a previous poster said... just because you study Ninjitsu doesn't mean your a Ninja.

Well I am not sure if even this "Teras Kasi Order" is force sensitive.
I mean yes theres the RPG stuff and some other stories around the web about it. But there is only a small mention of TKA in Shadows of the Empire and in Agents of Chaos 2 so who knows what we really are meant to be I wish Windsplitter could have found more on TKA when he did the history of TKA thread but oh well maybe eventually we can figure this thing out

You fail to make the leap of logic Rageus. Who says you can learn the TK art just by bopping down to the local Quik E mart and signing up for classes? So it's entirely possible that in order to even learn the arts of the Teras Kasi, you must be part of the Order, after all they wouldnt want any rogue practitioners out screwing up their name. Come to think of it, weren't the TKA pretty secretive themselves?

good point peleas.
They seem very secretive from what I've read. The only mention of TKA in EU is the pike sisters in Shadows of the Empire and I have been told they are mentioned as a mystical martial art in Agents of Chaos 2 or whatever it was
But nowhere does it really say that the order is "force sensitive" or watchers of Jedi really.
All that is said is we are a "mystical" order or martial art
