And the COB clears out dizzy and such helps decrease the time the other states take to leave you.

It "clears out dizzy"? Is this in the same way it decreases other state effect times or is it more effective?

You may also want to visit your local ID and have your stats migrated. I moved all my stats to mind and with a doc buff- brandy and ahrisa and power boost - I was almost invincible!

That, or it was my blinding beauty that made the tuskens fall, I am not sure. :-D

I have watched my stats while my center macro is going and my states that get put on me go away i about half the time as they normally would.

hmmm...seems you don't know what COB does, now do you? Here's the simple answer...It decreases your chances of being hit. It doesn't affect applied states andIT DOES NOT CLEAR DIZZY! Also did you time how long these states were on you, or did you just guess? Did you know what attack applied the state, for example intimidate2 lasts longer than intimidate1? If not then don't run around saying this kind of stuff.
