mine eyes mine beautiful eyes. ok now that thats out i agree there are alot of ppl like me that love tk and the devs wont screw that up they made that clear by pulling armor off tk's makes us all happy

I've been playing this game way too long to be deceived by SOE or it's devs.
As for the release date... here's the scoope. Last October George Lucas became extremely upset with SOE, because SOE wasn't moving fast enough in completing the CU in time for the May 2005 release date for Lucas's last star wars movie. So Lucas Arts has for some time now been doing most of the development of the CU.
All these problems we have suffered through since the release of this game are partly the fault of Geoorge Lucas himself, because SOE can't make any BIG changes or add new game content without the approval of LFL. That's why Lucas Arts is developing the CU.

Things may not be set in stone but I doubt much will be able to be changed in the brief time we have.

Well...I was also sick of all the whiners, so I said to myself "self, go and play the tc." so i did. Took my character (trandosian) gave him the same abilities he has now..TKM/DOC and set off to see what I could solo...the reason I went solo is, I'm an occasional player, i don't play this game to enough to find groups to hunt with. So I set off in the desert and find myself an eopie...hmmm... i can surely kill an eopie with master TKM...5 hits and i'm laying incompacitated! "Wow", i say to myself, what a tank i will make....i can't even kill an eopie... So I wonder to myself, when does my account expire, i look and wow, at the end of May...will i renew...i honestly don't know, but they have one month to let me at least solo pickets again or they'll lose my money. Does this matter to them? No. Does this matter to anyone? No. Why am I typing all this? It makes me feel better...and to say I'm sorry to all the whiners out there that i thought were full of bologna. This update really does stink and i don't like the fact they took away the combat queueeueueue either.

I like to hunt solo at times and other times I am with my guild friends. I like to recruit new players to the game into my guild and go out to tank for them while they level up on creatures. I to tried low level creatures in the TC and was not impressed one bit. They are turning a great game into crap. I know as DrBonzaihassaid that things are not set in stone but it is getting to close for therelease for much of the stone to beerased. I hate the fact that the Dev and everyoneinvolved in the game is justgoing to change things we love about the game withoutbeing concerned about what we as paying customers want and like about thegame. I know that many people havetried many professions andmany have grinded all of them before thefound one that they like. Well I am one that has grinded at one time or another on every profession and I like TK and Doc. Which to me are the two professions that are getting the shortend of the deal. I amnot one of these docs that charge an armand/or aleg for buffs I like doc because I help my guild members not to get rich.They nerfed the solo groups, they aremessing with our professions what is next they going to decrease skill points so that you can onlydo one thing at at time.Youknow you may not work for them but you sure are taking thewrong side of this argument. I would incourage everyoneif theyhave not already to go to SWGPetition.com and sign the petition against the CU.

That idea got scrapped while SWG was still in early beta/late alpha.
If you read the description it talks about it being announced in this years E3 conference... which hasnt happened yet.

I thought the combat system was just fine. If I wanted to use the Everquest system, i would of played EQ. Now we have no choice.

The Problem is the Devs get aways with Nerfing to much, and instead of pppl always just cnacelling thier accounts which their have been over 110k ppl that have done that more like 200k, they sell it on ebay and SOE keeps makeing the money.
They have always Nerfed Professions into extinction without a care about what other ppl will think or because they will still have that job and get promoted when things go wrong and get that bonus for working on something that every1 has called foul.
