How to make such knucklers are pretty easy:
1: Kill Axkva Min in the Nightsister Stronghold on Dathomir, she is in the cave near the POI.
2: Loot Nightsister Vibro Blade Units off her after she is dead
3: Bring Vibro blade units to your fav weaponsmith
4: Have weaponsmith use your motor instead of his own motor in the crafting of a regular vibroknuckler.
Thats all there is too it
Some notes: Axkva Min spawns once a day, she also has 450k + HAM, she is 100% kinetic resistant, she has a few guards, and the loot is random, so you might not get vibro blade units at all, she has both dropped nothing, and small amounts of credits and all other stuff. Also the motors used in this kind of knucklers are super rare, as they are among the top quality possibly lootable.
