IT's not just UH3 there is a random chance of a bleed starting when you hit something, this is for all proffesions. The reason you might notice on enhanced klikniks more is cause you have to hit them so many damned times.

Thank you for the posting the clarification Rao - I was just about to.

All these people who are supposed "masters" of Teras Kasi seem to have very little knowledge of the intricacies of thisprofession....... that makes me sad.

doh sorry havent been to my house in game lately to take screens of the VKs :/

the reason things bleed:
VKs have a wound % which means that's your chance to cause a bleed if the damage delt is high enough (i think heh). so that means when VKs equipped and you use uahit2/3 and cause 1-4k dmg, then there is a chance that a bleed will occur on your target.

and uahit3 does blind.

So, just so we are all clear. You can "possibly" get them from Enraged Rancor MOBS, Nightsisters, Lok dudes and BH Marks. Of course non of this is 100% confirmed so its very hard to find.

yeah elite nym guys drop them, i picked up a nifty one w/ yellow text and mind disease or poison on it, pretty good one too.

My mind poison vks are off a BH mark.

The chance to bleed is inherent in every weapon. If I understand the mechanism right, there is a bleed chance that is equivalent to a percentage of the wound chance. So the higher the wound chance, the higher the chance of a random bleed is. and UH3 blinds only, it doesnt apply any other states.

just to add to this the bleed doesnt actually cause dmg.It has something to do with agro issues give me a hr to wake up and ill be able to tell u

i got some action fire VKs off a mutant rancor. i rarly use em but when i do, BURN BABY BURN!!!

I misunderstood your post. Now you said they were poison or disease. Which was it and what was the tick if you dont mind me asking? Also, how recent was this?
