You have unarmed spin 1 right? Wear ubese or comp armor, get doc/dancer/musiciam buffs, pop 2 brandies, and spin away. You won't kill them one by one as fast, but once you get abuncharound you can get major exp that way. As far as the armor goes, you only need helm/chest/boots/gloves for hunting, if you can't afford a full suit. What I usually did was attack the lair until I have 4 plus on me, then spin until there is one left. Kill that one, then repeat. Two or three times of that, and you are done with the lair.

Personally, my favorite melee (and pistol) grind mob is the hurton stalkers. More exp per mob (4.3k+), and you don't spend most of your time drivng back and forth from lairs to mission terminals. In my opinion, savage quenkers aren't worth the time because you have to around to them to make them switch to melee. Stalker missions are 11.8k if taken from a player city with improved job market, don't remember what they are normally.
