For the higher end stuff I have found the various merek types on Endor to be ubelievable. The only catch is, you really need a doc and some buffs. I have been grouping with my doc friend and he lets me do all the hitting (for the most part) on the mereks, until I get in trouble. The lowest xp I have gotten from one is around 4500 unarmed xp and the highest I have gotten in 5200 unarmed xp from the cavern creepers. The lairs give over 5k unarmed as well. It only takes a minute of so to drop them, so the xp.hour is pretty nice.

550k in 1 hours, simply killing ANYTHING that moved. I was 1/1/4/3 at the time.

definitly crazed gurrecks on endor...went from 2112 to master in about a day and a half. The earlier post marked the time as 10-15mins per mission, but its actually closer to 5mins per lair then a couple mins back to get more missions. To get them close, just equip a weapon you dont have cert for (i used a laser rifle) while you are getting missions. They are usually between 700m and 900m. The crazed gurrecks go down in about 3 or 4 hits, sometimes only takes 2. It really feels like fighting kreetles, but gettin 3600xp. The non-packing is great too, but even if they do, you can easily take 4 at a time.

The main reason I'm a bigger fan of Fort Tusken than other places is it teaches you how to work over NPCs, rather than creatures. Yeah, it's not *quite* PvP, but it does teach you a lot about what you can expect from rifle-toting, stick-swinging people types, the same as you'll probably encounter PvP. You learn about how to debuff, dizzy, KD, etc. You do'nt use dizzy/KD on creatures, cuz it has no effect. But you do learn how to use it effectively on NPCs, and that transfers over to PCs, instinct-wise at least.

I also mastered Fencer there, which also was a lot of fun. Learning all the debuff + bleed moves and then what to do once you've landed a few (lunging, switching weapons, TKA'ing, switching weapons again, etc.).

No real "right" way to do your leveling, just gotta do what you feel is most comfy and gonna be fun for you, overall.

Wow... Seriously, these Crazed Gurrecks are that easy for you? Where in TKA are you refering? This at Novice - Intermediate level? I gotta check that out!! lol

I just hunt Squills as mentioned before. We have a player city less than 2k meters away from the Squill Caves. I don't even have to hit the caves in the surrounding areas because Mountain Squills pop up often. I solo the lairs of the mountain squills and get about 3600 exp each, and another 4200 for the lair itself. There are usually 4-6 Mountain Squills, 2-3 Squills (about 940 exp each =(meh), and maybe 2 babys. I get some nice XP off of them. In an hour, I was able to knock out about 100k exp off of about 4 lairs.

I am all for quenkers on dantooine

  • The missions pay out 5100 cr or so

  • they are close..usually 1000 meters away from outposts

  • seems no more than 2 spawn at once

  • 6 quenkers per liar

  • grouped..I get 3110 XP per quenker

  • to empty a liar now (Im 0-2-4-2) takes just a few minutes

  • 30k per trip in XP

  • *get buffed*...dont bother w/ armor..but watch your mind

Crazed Gurreks are the way to go. Their aggro radius is so small they pretty much do not assist each other. They only have 5k HAM and give about 3500 unarmed xp per kill. I started doing them at Master Brawler. If I get in a good Unarmed Lunge 2 plus Warcry 2 they go down and never get back up... dead in about 4 unarmedhit2's with an average damage speed sliced VK. I also have novice medic so I hit myself with a single B stim each fight and keep the mind up with fishak, ormachek, and Muon in an emergency. You get between 30k-35k xp per lair. They are on mission terminals on Endor for 59xx-61xx credits and its not problem to get a pair fo them in the same direction less then 1000m from the Smuggler outpost

The other thing I forgot to mention about Fort Tusken - the constant spawns. Things spawn there constantly, so you're not wasting time going back to base, getting more missions, coming back, etc etc. You just run upstairs kill something - find more upstairs - kill it. If none upstairs, go to cave down below, kill kill kill. If none in caves, upstairs has spawned again. Rinse and repeat for hours until your buffs run out, then go get more buffs and continue.

Yes, it is as frantic as this post, but it's efficient as well.

1 - Squill Caves - I dont like the squill caves, they have high kinetic resists (20-40%) and after you clear the place it can take forever for them to start respawning

2 - Fort Tusken - I've been coming here lately, my main problem is my mind gets down really fast and the tuskens always bleed (been hit with a 1k power bleed before), they have 20-40% kinetic effiectiveness though, so its a lot easier to kill them

ill have to try the missions

at TKA 0/1/3/3 I was easily getting 250K + an hour on Endor, just running around and killing anything that moved. There are not a great number of people there so you have your free choice. Even at this mid-level power, I was killing many things for 4400 Exp in no time flat, doing 2 or 3 lairs close to each other (depending on what was around) before Muon wore off.

QUESTION: I know I need to adjust my mind to max, but for a human, what do you all recommend I put the rest of my 8 stats at?

Thanks!

I use Muon ... basically because I make it (so it is almost free) .. .and Fishak for the downers.

I did most of my TKA XP on Pikets...

900k in 1 hour, huge mutant rancor spawns on dathomir with flame 4. They have 100% resist to heat. Flame single 2, knockdown, warcry, spam unarmed 2 with a vibro buffed and high mind secondaries.

Mastered TKA in 10 hours combined in 2 days. I was a holo grinder, but fell in love with dizzy/kd.

As a Novice TKA 0-0-0-0...at the Tusken Fort I earned 1.4 million unarmed in a day. ( about 5 hours ) of fighting. Never died, went through 2 buff sessions which I was able to do Myself by loading my main ( master doc )

Aside from the crystals, skill tapes, Enhanced tusken gear ( mods ) and DOT rifles and gaffi sticks I got, i also earned loads of money ( do it solo so you dont split the credits 20 ways ) and got all that experience. All in all I recommend the fort to children of all ages, just go easy when the Death Hunters / Berserkers / Avengers spawn. Oh and dont run up to the Carnage Champion thinking you are hot stuff.. he will Pwn you.

BTW this was with 73% Kinetic resist ubese. Energy is important too however because if I am not mistaken the rifles are energy and they do love to use those rifles... Ugh
