Well it gives you free buff's, cure's disease, toxin, poison, wounds and bleeds (might have missed 1 or 2).
2 heals as well as a dot heal - all are combat moves so don't have a minute timer on them, and Doc has melee and ranged def ![]()

Exactly, you mite stay on your feet longer, but if you are not doing enough damage for the kill then you're wasting time.
I'm gonna agree with the original poster on this one, although I've never tried the template personally. TKM may lack the offensive potential of other melee professions, but when you combine CoB with Bacta Infusion, you become quite godly as a tank.
370 total melee defense if you're unarmed with your +25 clothes. Plus you get a lesser version of critical hit, advanced armor break, and fencer has some decent power attacks as well. Basically, you won't have to worry about having CoB going all the time.
Too bad I'm a spice fiend and don't like dabbling that much.
Great Defence (+500 defence with CoB)
Damage should be fixed sometime(weapons are buggged)
Meditate/powerboost (500 health for 10 mins)
CM Debuffs (-40% speed and movement to enemy)
CM Poison/fires to add to damage abilty.
4 types of heal (Bacta shot/spray/toss + Stims)
Paralyse!
Group healing (with TK, no need to work about agro with Bacta Spray)
Very good for solo,
Amazing for group,
and very good for PvP depending on who your fighting (16 wins and 2 losses so far with this template)
Currently working my way up.. TK4344 Dr4334, and loving it! I can solo again! I use CoB as my default 'action' for melee, concentrate on doing damage and hitting bacta infusion now and then. No horrifically long fights, and most of what the terminals hand me are yellow cons. Just gotta be choosy about pulling.
I don't see anyone mentioning Power Boost... 10 minutes of an additional 500 health isn't something I'd think would be overlooked. It's a major mind pool hit, but the serotonin fills that back up nicely, and the bonus is good for 3-4 mobs.

I believe I mentioned the Powerboost :-)
And if it's taking you 10 mins to kill 4 mobs, I suggest you group up. 4 mobs last <60 secs against a group. No reason to solo, unless you don't like people (which is odd in a MMORPG)
My favorite template so far for tanking has been;
Master Brawler
Master TKA
Master Sword
Pikeman 3-4-4-0
It has awesome Defense, all the damage of a swordsman, AoE attacks, Intimidate and Warcry. Not to forget Power Boost, an extra 500 health isn't a bad thing.
