KK > fists.

a good pike > damage then KK, but SAC and speed would be increased.

pvp: WS armor > inate armor
pve: ws armor = inate armor (debateably)

inate armor is far cheaper to use then WS armor.

note: i'm not, nor never have been a pikeman.
