Nerf everyone no one should be able to kill a thing. Look what happened to CH after the cries for Nerf (albeit it did need one). It's a poor excuse for a profession now - it's a secondary path to back up something else.

We should be asking people to fix things and balance them out not nerf them. Apart from the centre of balance issues being addressed TKA is one of the most balanced professions going. You are quick and deal high damage when in close but get owned from range and suffer high HAM costs for using specials. A few minor tweaks (in comparison to other professions) and it would be almost perfect.

TKA should become a benchmark against which the other combat professions can be balanced.

Yes we can solo rancor but that's because they are weak against kinetic. Try soloing a Kimogila and it ain't nowhere near as easy but can be done by other professions. A peko peko albatross has 100% kinetic resist but others have soloed them (TKA has no other attack than kinetic). Different MOBs for different professions/skills as intended. On this logic feign death must go straight away because combined with a DOT attack (which TKA don't have by the way) anything can be soloed if you have the patience. Rancors are not the be all and end all of PvE by anyones standards.

I think that the only thing that should be dealt with in TKA is the defensive stacks from other classes. I believe that the weapon in your hand should determine what defenses you have so if you are just TKM then you pull those stats, if you are a TKM/Fencer and are holding a sword then you should only get the bonuses from the fencer tree. Besides that I believe that TKM is working as intended
