Thread: How much time does it take to become TKM?

Casual gamer time, I did TKA in 3 weeks.
I must be a casual casual gamer cause I started for TKM about 4 weeks ago on another toon on Flurry and I just hit Novice TKA last night. Maybe if I stop playing AO or stop watching TV or throw out that PS2 I got I might make it to TKM in about a week. The way I am progressing I might see TKM in about two months.
Savage Quenkers are the way to go.
Get buffed, drink your brandy, wear your good Ubese, targetthe lair, stand on the lair and do area attacks over, and over, and over... As they spawn they rush you.
I started with quenkers after getting Novice. Then did savage after getting up to 0/0/3/0. The exp flew.

Get fully buffed including mind.Get some high resistance kinetic armor, like ubese. Go wherever and buff up you mind as much as you can with Food and Drink. Spam /unarmedspinattack1 on the lair and you will also hit any mobs that pop out. Keep spamming it only stopping to heal yourself if you have the skill or if you have someone healing you then just go nuts. Go up Balance 1 then shoot straight up the Power tree. Spam /unarmedattack1 until Power 3 then use /unarmedspinattack2. Same tactic. Agro as much as you can and kill them all at once. Don't underestimate the power of a spin attack. At 4404 in TKA I was still AEing mobs in the Geo cave.

I still got a lil ways to go.....please help!
To be honest, I've got 74% kinetic resist armour but I've hardly ever used it in PvE and I certainly never used it when I was levelling. As long as you get good Doc buffs (2200+) and +430 Vasarian Brandy you should be fine. I didn't have the Savage Quenker information when I was levelling, soI levelled on Dragonets and Razorbacks near Krayt Canyon.
The great thing about these MOBs,is that there are about 30 per lair. This averages about 150k for a Dragonet Lair and about 120k for a razorback lair. I wouldn't recommend either until you have KD and UA2 and you have to be careful at the lower levels to pull only a couple at a time but, as you increase your defences, you can just pile in and fight five or six at a time. Finding the bloody things is half the battle but for sheer levelling, I think they would be hard to beat. The average lair takes anywhere from 10 mins to 20 mins depending on your level.
