I don't like the idea of relying upon doctor buffs to do anything. Once in awhile, a good brandy is all I need. I am currently grinding out my xp on Hurton's and Quenkers. May take longer but I am in no hurry.
Someone mentioned the BizNatches. I should try those out and see how I fare.

Well I'm only 0/0/2/1 so it would take me a bit of time. Regardless, I'm not into having an "I win" button I could mash so that I may dispose of a lair or a round of enemies with ease. Boredom was one of the reasons why I had quit this game once before. Now that I am back, it is important to me to learn how to play my new profession, without the aid of buffs. I like a challenge and don't mind if such a challenge takes me quite a bit of time.
So to that I say, to each their own

I got to TKM and rarely used buffs, but that's because I didn't bother, not out of any ethical decision or attempt to "challenge" myself. I thought they were a hassle.
Now I never grind without buffs.

Howlers are good. I went out someon Dant and keeped running into bambles and dead logs for the pikets. I was doing like 1 mil xp in under 3 hours. I don't know if I was just lucky with the spawns going my way but I mastered TK in a little over 3 days.

If you do it right you can get 125K from a single lair from huurton stalkers or quenker ravagers.

I wouldn't recommend it to a novice TKA, but Rancor valley is some nice exp if you are close to master or master looking for exp for conversion. Took a trip out there tonight and went from 400k or so to the 900k cap in about an hour. I was basicly in a spot where I didn't have to go more than 100m to find another rancor spawn, so it was nothing but pure action. Won't make any money there though, unless you loot some nice dot weapons to sell.

My tip to get to tkm is to whack EVERYTHING you see especially on dant or dath and one day you will get there
