lol, lets just say i learned never to duel him unbuffed with that vk, i'd be dead in like 2 hits of combo1

I've been bidding on this piece of gear in the trade section without really knowing if it will really make a Uber VK. 
Can someone explain to me in simple terms what sort of damage this will do when converted into a VK.
Or am I wasting my money.
Current bid is 15 million.

Id kill for a 382 vk but o well... i had a max 147 1.4 but dropped for a max 207 2.2 nyms
