Other then a CoB macro....
Don't ever use maco's in PvP
If you want to compete with good PvPers (Is that a word) don't use them.
While you are hitting my with states I already have over and over, I'll be sticking you withthe ones you don't and going to town on you.

a really good grind macro would be spin attack 2, i used that while grinding FSxp, i also had my loot macro on

One of my favorites in dueling is either
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/warcry2;
/intimidate2;
/intimidate2;
or if you aren't a master brawler
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/warcry1;
/intimidate1;
/intimidate1;
These are good since you can clear what you are doing in a fight to warcry then intimidate. If necessary heal then start applying states, which if all goes well, they will be unable to attack while you do this.
