a good carbineer will have you on you back before the second poison.... (and at 2002 CM your ranger is less thna 65m I think so a really good one willl have you on the floor before your first
)

well..combining TK with pistoleert gives you MUCH better defenses (check out the pistol tech tree: +40 vs blind/stun/dizzy AND +50 vs KD +20 vs. posture down)....it also gives you ranged mitigation III so you destroy the laser carbines strong point.....AND with a good DX2, DE-10 or decent geo you can severaly outdamage the carbineer while he'll have a hard time getting you flopping... (and once you get in range you can keep him in the ground with some luck)

it's a pretty good template as well. Many people go for the "triple mastery" of TK, Pistoleer, Smuggler and do very well with it.

yup...if you can get the speed tapes (maybe even some accuracy tapes) and some nice pistols then TKM M pistoleer Smuggler 0040 and rest in medic is a great template

TKM, Fencer 3440, pistoleer 0040, and medic. You have 2 ranged mitigation, 3 melee mit, 100 KD def, 100 posture down def, 80+ dizzy def(methinks), and all that other good stuff. if he kite's use UAH3, to blind, and lunge, if he is too far out. the real hard fight for me is pistoleer/fencer. they have great dodge, great kd def, melee mitigation, and a variety of damage types to use. With my template your problem will be dealing dmg, not tanking it.
