If the stormtroopers are all cloned they sure have let their marksman skills go down hill faster then a tie gets vape in a duel with a X-Wing
the clone troopers from Ep 2 can hit their targets
the stormtroopers of EP 4-6 cant hit the broad side of a barn

The clones from Ep 1,2, and probably 3 are the good guys and good guys rarely miss. Its the "one bullet kills twenty indians" syndrome that we haven't been able to shake thanks to Hollywood.
In Ep 3,4,5 they are the bad guys and bad guys aren't allowed to shoot good despite the fact that they are considered "elite" by the galaxy, get some of the best training an entire empire can buy, and have weapons that the rebels (the good guys) drools over.
If bad guys were allowed to shoot well, what are the chances the good guys would win? What are the chances of a sequel? I think my 9 year old niece could haveeasily blastedHan Solo when he rounded that corner and dodged 5 "elite" stormtroopers shooting at him while blowing away one in the process.
