the skill points grant you either 4 4 0 4 CM / tkm with 1 point remaining, or MCM and any combo you want similar in tka.
TKM is better to have than MCM if your combining both professions.

Atama is quite correct. Although tomorrow's nerf of CM is going to be disheartening I am mostly PvE anyway. So no worries. Thanks again for the suggestions.

Not if your real goal is to be the best CM you can be and just wanting to supplement it with combat skills, as it seems this person is doing.
Assuming that is the case, agreed of course. With that said, I would recommend going 4 4 0 4 tka.
