Pleasetell me what these legendary weapons are...ive been playing since the beginning and am master of stuffs....never heard of it, please inform

I wanna know too, been here sonce beta and never heard of any legenary weapons :S
I tried reading up on them, some sort of loot on higher lvl creatures? I think it is something new, it might be in TC only...

legendary weapons are weapons that drop only off high level mobs, and have like a 1 in 100 million chance of dropping
they all have a speed of 1.0, negligible HAM costs, HUGE damage, and ALL of them have da-mn near unlimited charges of a fast disease/poison (400kchargesor so on the screenshots ive seen)
the weapons exist... they have apeared on multiple servers, on multiple types of weapons, there have been INDISPUTABLE screenshots...
