So it doesn't regenerate HAM damage faster? I ask this because I've heard conflicting reports on it. I only have novice TKA, however I have noticed when I'm bleeding that when I meditate I do regen HAM faster, but when I'm not bleeding I regenerate normally. Which is kind of odd.
