In aikido I can knock someone down with so little effort it's seriously scary. And I don't feel like nearly getting incapped afterwards! Amazing stuff, eh?
Anyone tried the other alternative specials as well? I truly get messed up when I unarmed blind and unarmed lunge. Obviously this is a bug. A csr already told me so and it WILL be fixed. So keep your fingers crossed!

Everyone is upset granted, but thats no reason to go around ripping each others head off. So we've got a ham problem now, alright let's start looking for way around it, instead of whining, because obviously whining works so well, and the developers will respond to this. And for those of you like making snide comments to vent your frustration, then go ahead and make them at me, I don't care, I won't read em. So let's calm down, and get back to work.

I rather be weaker and have my specials not kill me, then be stronger and have the snot beat out of me becuase i cant use knockdown.

The Whole issue is this:
I was told I was getting a big fat steak! THey said this steak would rival the best black angus! What I got was a veggie burger, not only that.... when I bought it, it had condiments! A little lettuce, pickle... I take a bite.... Man this is not that good..... but I can deal with it! I take the second bit and... ALL THE CONDIMENTS ARE GONE! No more lettuce! No pickle! THe bun dissapeared! All I am left with a half eaten veggie burger. To be honest it tastes like SH!T!
The TK are talked up by Sony and Lucas. Most of us read it and said.... hey I want to be that! I want to do that! Some of us were in Beta and we actually could! Being a Teras Kasi Master Meant Something!!!!! Then after I payed my 50 bucks, and another $15 they give me this... no more veggie burger... mor like one turnip... then they tell me to shut up and color!
As far as having other skill points goes.... So does everyone else! You wouldnt make a BH play all that time simply for the title of BH would you? Lets give him no bonuses at all. All he gets is cool titles at the top of each tree! Take away all of his cool moves, make him lose to equal cons... but hey he is a bounty hunter right?
The point is dont tell us how it is! We know how it is. As far as canceling my account, I did that. I have not logged in since I got wasted by imperial cadets! THATS RIGHT CADETS. As a squad leader, this kills my credibility. I am running around my squad like an idot being chased by imperial cadets! CADETS! Yesterday I was helping kill stormtroopers. Today I am running from cadets. But your right, why am I complaining. I have other skill points.

Letme let you in on a little secret oh so disgusted one. This is not real life. I am also a black belt in okinawan shorin-ryu and no I cant knockdown an elephant and i cant shoot through mountains and trees like ranged guys can do in game.
If killing a kimo was a problem then they should have put armor on it like akryat, go try to solo that.
They nerfed tka because pvp people complained.
But that is not the real problem , The real problem is they way they dramatically change the game.
In beta the HAM issuse was discussed and it finally was resolved to be what it was at release now because some whiners have a problem fighting tka in pvp we get nerfed. What this says to me and a lot of other players is that the developers have no clue what they are doing . And they can change you class at anytime,not just a minor changed either like in other games.
They seem to change the game with any fart that blows in the wind and i have not seen any changes that have made the game more fun.
Why work lfor something and have it yanked when you get it or are halfway there? Why can't the developers have a clear vision of the game and stick to it?
Maybe because they are just cashing in and using us to test a game for players who will buy it in 6 months?
Players who will level a lot slower and give them till next year to finish the game and the jedi class.
i think they painted themselves into a pvp pve corner when they decided to make ham stay the same as you level, They never figured a way to do pvp and pve and they released the game.
If you have fun with the game the way it is more power to you but i don't think mosst people will have fun playing tka with the new changes.
Personally i dont need tka exp im maxed master and maxed ua exp, but i feel sorry for the others coming up because i had fun the way the game was. No i didnt kill kimo because the time it took was not worth it.
