Neo probably got Teras Kasi Arts downloaded as well so he already knows it... my money is on Neo. (assuming that they fight within the matrix).

well i think it would be a tie.....

because you would have to fight Neo in a program,and if the program is ran by SOE then Neo will be bugged bad.his HAM will drain after one of his fancy powerup to flight manuever.picture this"neo crouches pulling in his power and focuses on breaking the laws of gravity,standing up to take off Neo falls over exhausted and incapped"

hehe,then he does force of will to stand after being shot full of bullets,only to realize his feet feel like concrete blocks(battle fatigue)and he is bleeding out of every open pore in his body.agent TKA blows on Neo knocking him down.

there you go,if it isnt a tie then the TKA wins.

Well, let's see now...

Matrix servers: Neo wins because in the Matrix realizing there is no spoon is the key to influencing the environment.

SOE servers: TKm wins because in SWG realizing there is no spoon is just getting past the denial phase.
