When I first started this game in August, I learned about all the combat professions to choose from, and fighting with barehands, or unarmed, seemed the most interesting to me. I knew it was weak, and not as powerful as the other combat professions. But I also read on the forums that if you play smart with TKA, you can really extend those powers. Another reason TKA was appealing was that instead of pushing overchargeshot1 10 times to win, you actually have to pick your moves more carefully. Another main reason that I wanted to be a TKA was because it was unique and pretty rare at that time.

Now just about all my guild members want to be TKA.

wow, great post! i totally gree with you. i dont go along with 90% of the tka being that bad but a vast majority of them are. i mean seriously people this proefession is fine. we dont need anything else added to it. we get kited SO WHAT every profession has its disadvantages. most have alot more then we do. by flaming this board your just proving the fact that most of you are just in it for the power. i am sorry to all the legitimate tka that actually play this profession because it was they choose to do. but to the rest of you be honest how many of you were CH before they got nerfed. this is just your next profession of power and once we get brought back to reality you will al be moving on to the next "power fad" profession.

Now everyone is novice tka. You know them, they all throw away their leather jackets and swoop helms. They join japanese guilds, wear skirts and sungards, run around barefoot.

Sorry Yeevle but I don't get beaten often. I'm a wookiee, and wookiee roar almost always intimidates, lasts longer than normal intim too. I have trickshot so I don't get kd and dizzy by novice tka **edit**s like you, so piss off because I'm right and you're wrong. I'm also scratching my head about you complaining about other people trying to be uber and yet you dabbled to be uber.

Im so sick of the bandwagon Teras Kasi. I hate how ppl post over and over what to do to go up power in tka, what to do in pvp its called SEARCH.

Sorry for some reason that posted twice. Let me finish. Today I dueled a master pistoleer. I had my novice combat medic tag on so the person challenged me from 3m. I used CoB stun/intim/blind then finished the job off w/ head hit. The person got up wanted a rematch so i accpeted. He then put on composite armor stood at 3m and challenged me. I used CoB stun/intim/blind then I was dead. They all failed. The darn armor beat the crap out of me. I was doing more dmg to myself then the pistoleer. I hate this TKA proof armor. Along w/ bandwagons. If this post twice something is wrong w/ my comp or these forums LoL.

With the latest patch I have noticed the vast numbers of pvp'ers that try to pvp without armor now so thats not much of an issue anymore considering the armor decay in pvp.
