best PvE combo would have to be TKM Master swords and some rifles for good measure

I'm yet another TKM/MD... And I'd say that no, it's not the best PvE combo.

Was hunting today with a TKM/Master Rifle friend, and my honey who's 0/0/1/0 commando.

Against any of the weaker nightsisters, I hardly got a look in. Rifle-wookiee was popping them in the head from 60m then kicking ass when they got up close.

Of course, if it wasn't for me being around with buff/res/stim/remove dizzy packs, we'd have all been dead but hey.

To be honest,TKM/MD is probably the best truly solo PvE template. It's a real good feeling to be stood in the middle of nowhere on dathomir, buffs just run out... and not even slightly worried. Just whip out the droid and rebuff.

But you won't be as good at fighting as someone with two combat masteries under their belt. Swings and roundabouts, really. There is no BEST template. It all comes down to, as said above, if you can get your buffs from elsewhere, go with another combat prof (I'd suggest rifle...), if you don't want to wait in line for buffs (or even have to go back to the outpost for buffs), or ever have to pay for buffs... Go TKM/MD.

Tried Doctor, Commando, Fencer, and now rifleman with TKA. I would say go TKA/Master Rifleman/ and Fencer defences.

Yes Dr can heal but if they can't hit you there aint anything to heal. Well thats my logic anyway.

What ever you choose - good hunting.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I still don't see the combat benefit of being Master Doctor

You missed it!

Let's See:

Buff

Heal Wounds

Extinquish Fire

Cure Poison

Cure Disease

Cure Intimidate

Cure Dizzy

Cure Stun

Cure Blind

Res group Members

Stop Bleeding

I'd say those are quite helpful in PVP and PVE. Makes me not fear Fire/Poison&Disease/KD-Dizzy ect...

I'm interested in upgrading my twenty eight point eight kilobaud internet connection to a one point five megabit fibre-optic T-1 line. Will you be able to provide an IP router that's compatable with my token ring ethernet LAN configuration?

Well, it depends on your style of PvE, too.

TKM / M.D. is a great template for solo PvE, and group PvE on the mission terminal level. You can function as either a tremendous healer, or a formidible attacker, whatever the situation demands. It's the most flexible template.

TKM / Rifles is good for assaulting things like Krayt Dragons, Geo Labs, or high end mobs. It's a 'stronger' but much less flexible design. There are situations that render a person in this template useless, such as High Resists, or massive poison/diseases. This is not a good template for soloing in a difficult area. You need a group to support you in certain areas, but you will be stronger overall.

I'm a current TKM/M Doc about to go TKM / Fencer / Pistol Techniques 4. I'm really happy with TKM/M Doc, but I'm out of things to do and I really don't like buffing for money or even selling meds. I found that being a Doctor took up most of my time, placing harvestor, harvesting meats, hunting for skill tapes. Hopefully the crazy melee and ranged defense as well as the state defense will make it alright for soloing higher end mobs.

I usually get my buffs from elsewhere too. So, double combat prof and Master Medic for healing myself a LOT when I get in a tight spot. Saved my life many times with the ability to self-stim a LOT.

well...

I'm a TKM/M Brawler/ 4400 fencer... and a 4000 scout... with novice Medic... and 32 points to spare.. (I'm debating on what to do with them...)

as it stands without be cloths... i have a 130ish melee d and a 119 randed d. (can easily reach caps with the cloths.) Maxed out UA speed, accry, and damage... Great posture change defence... 70's and 80s for knockdown and posturechange...

I've maxed out my secondary stats... and mind... put with was left in action and health.. get doc buffs... pop some brandy or gold...powerboost, and kill everying thing is sight pve wize. I'm not a walking god mind you, still need to use common sence, but ER's are a cake walk, and, well, just about everything else come to think of it...

I got beat up real good by an enhanced kwi... LOL. So i'm not unbeadable, but i get by.

Now... what do you think i should spend my last 30 some odd points on.... i'm think medic so i can heal myself for lagre amounts if i need to... any other suggestions?
