i was master commado TKM for a while, bu ti dropped down to FT4 and picked up medic 4040, and i can take just about anything now, the heals helps alot

TKM/Fencer/Swordsman

If you aren't anything else you should probably do TKM/Swordsman/Fencer or Pikeman. I'm doing TKM/Swordsman right now so that I will be ultimate at PvE, as I assume thats what the jedi trials will require.

rifleman used to be the best but its going to get nerfed. it all depends what you like id say. pvp go for rifleman and switch at CB, pve, cant be doctor/tka

For the simple fact that I like to solo a bit, I like the Master Doctor/TKM build. There have been numerous times that I want to get buffed and there are no doctors around.

I'm master swordsman master doctor right now and it rocks but i'm in the works of changing to Doc/TKA seems like a really good match...

If you want to stack defenses I'd say go rifleman/TK

If you are going to PVP then go with doctor.

I have been TKM since the beginning of the game and have had several variations of professions to accompany my TKM. Personally the funnest so far for me has been TKM/Brawler/Swordsman. It suits my play style very well but it is geared more for PvE. I have also used the TKM/DOC and it is also good for PvE and makes you quite popular with your mates. Advantage to this combo is that your mates will willingly supply you with buffing resources as they and the direct beneficiaries of this action. I have also tried TKM/Smuggler but found the pistol skills to be a bit lacking in all forms of combat. Maybe soemthing more specialized like pistoleer so you cover both ranged and melee. I agree with several of the other guys though, figure out how you like to play the most and build on that.

A very effective template for tkais TKA 4440 / CM 4004 / Doc 0340. This lets me buff fairly well, heal dizzy and intimidate, area poison for PvP for 400/tick and tank in PvE. The accuracy tree is low on TKA but you make up for that with speed and combo 2 rarely misses (it also ignores PvP damage reduction.) My friend just went master doc / master CM so I dropped doc and CM to go Master Swordsman / TKM / Smuggler Dirty fighting / Pistoleer 0043. I have yet to see how this works out but it should be nice.

My template is TKM,MRM and a bit of doc/fencer. Good melee/ranged defence, Defence vs DIzzy and KD through fencer (it's mad that TKM only has 20 defence vs KD!). It's fun for PvP and PvE.
