I could be off a bit on the min damage. Trying to remember... I don't use my VK's that often.
Those are the only stats I know right now 
And yes, those were made with a nyms vibro motor thingie.
I've been on a quest to get some knucklers with a max damage of 225 or better.(post-slice)
I have hunted nym's to near-extinction to get their precious high-power vibromotors.
My current set of Vk's have a max damage of 222,though i have a bunch of sets over 200.
I am on sunrunner ...and I think the best UT on desh copper ever seen on our server was 370something,so results may be different on other servers.
I think i have hade somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 sets made and sliced and have yet to reach my goal,but heck it gives me something to do.
240 max dam i cant rember the othere stats but i can esly hit up to 5k dam with uh3 after kding some thing
and have often hit for 1-1.5k dam in pvp (i also have +30 all to gather added unarmed dam atachments tho i havent ben useing any of thees senc decay came in )
and only fools pvp without buffs so dont tell me about ham

Dont remember the HAM, I have had this set for three months and have yet to come across a better set. Camped Nyms for a long time and got lots of ranged weapon components and a *bladed Vibro unit* but no vibro motor.
i am a master tk and a master WS so i wanted to see what the best VK's i could make were... well here is how it came out speed 2.2 max 185 presliced. got lucky and got a damage slice and went up to 263 max... i would say these are the best i have ever seen anybody see anthing better? oh and to all you who say that vk's kill you just go get some breath of heaven... take one drink and my ham cost goes down to 7.. can spam uh3 all day long.
