Are you sure about that Nealoc? I seem to remember looting 2 of them one day from 2 different NPCs....but this was a few months ago too.

Anyone knows what speed a vk should have, so you can speedcap it with unarmedhit3, kd2, or any other special?
(without speed attachments)
Guess I'll try to kill some of Nyms guards now.
