I'm a ch/riflemen from bloodfin but as a joke, we hooked a friend of mine up with some 70% special kinetic advance ubese and made him fight krayts with us...

We were really shocked by the results...

He took 80-120 damage from the krayt... when he went unarmed and used his TKM speed mods, it almost never hit him... We sat and had him tank krayts for us while we blew it up and laughed as we kept our pets back sent them in only when his mind was taking a beating...

A krayt hits for 1500-2000 damage to an unarmed person... the way it hit him made him feel like super man...

A juvenile krayt did only 40 damage...

Not sure if any of you knew this but pikemen are really strong, slap a bleed on the nose of a krayt with a vibro axe with armor piercing 2 and 50% wound chance, that's 370 uncut, 490 dmg cut, almost 600 damage with modifier... and you just placed a bleed that will kill the krayt as long as your mind holds out...

Anyone else find that kind of cool? thought I would post it since we tested it out... we made even more powerful advance ubese off of Krayt Scales, I personally wear it because of the 2.5 times melee damage thingy my rifles bring me... my current advance ubese is 80% because of hte scales I used...

So before you go blaming the in ability of your class... try armor, it helps...

I even see unarmored TKM's fighting krayts without buffs... those guys are the really brave ones...

If your in Bloodfin server, Ehril makes 70% advance ubese and if you bring him the scales, he'll make it better for you.

Yeah I am pretty stoked about the advanced ubese... Once I am done with my holo chase (if ever), I am getting some and working myTKA back up to master. I have a feeling I will be able to debuff, equip armor, equip vk's and just auto-attack and nearly regen more damage than I take. And I'm not joking either...

yea,I enjoy getting my friend to make me some pretty sweet "exotic" armor heh

I usually go with krayt chitin, and now I'm trying to get an advanced ubese krayt set now...they have some pretty decent defence rates with low ham costs...so far we've gotten bracers to have around 50% special kenetic and...like 42% for everything else

the only downside is that our guild leader gets pissed off at us for using krayt scales -.-

It's even better now...add some bio-engineer tissues and you can boost your intimidate/warcry and add melee/stun defense mods

I just bought a 64% suit if advanced ubese off cavetoad on the corbantis server...
I also have +4 melee damage modifier shirt from Meeth.

I'm a 0/1/1/1 TKA right now and barely get hurt at all. I kill myself with specials before anything I'm fighting could ever kill me.

I gotta tell ya it feels good. It's gotten to the point where I just walk around Dathomir and attack everything I think I can take down.

yes i have advanced ubese its ok i guess but im not a fan of armor

I got a jacket, pants, and helm. Dueling someone it seems to work great. Am I leaving vulnerabilities by not wearing boots, gloves or bracers?

I'll say it serves my purpose well... I solo hurton stalker, huntress lairs (7-9k) and those little guys only hit me for 15-22 dmg! My ubesse is 65% kenetic. I have a helm, but dont use it while i use specials. Even without buffs I can take on 3 or 4 of these guys no sweat. I also got encum. sliced which is better then resist for me. The reason why is when wearing my chest and legs the encumb on my mind is little. Then i can use more specials! Im buffed so i dont care if they hit me for 10-30 more dmg points.

i tried to put a set on, but it said i can't equipt this item when i tried to put on the vest.

means your secondary stats aren't high enough to wear it. Get it sliced or take off some other armor.

I'm using jacket,helm and pants only.

i have a suit of krayt enhanced andvanced ubese armor with 75% kinetic resists.. i fought a dark adept. which is a type of jedi. that was fighting as tk. which was really cool. it was hittin me for about 1500 per hit. but my suit would block about 1450. because i also have a shield that protects an extra 25%. so thats 100%. they bearly do anything. and its so fun fighting human npcs that also do tk. and tk specials. it did UH3, and it actually landed a kd2 on me. when he got that on me, it started to do more damage. but i got up before it incapped me. i got about 4k xp off him andi used food buffs for my mind, and some really good stims to keep me alive since i had my vk's on. took forever because it had medium armor and 80% resists on everything. but **edit**. ubese is a life saver. and if i get it sliced. i might get those resists up to 80% on my suit. that would rock.

I've been using adv ubese 68% with encumb slice from unarmed2 with 74% composite helmet and I can say that I just love it. Practically anything on dathomir except force sensitive npc keep hitting 9-32... I dont ever use intimidate either. When I get doc buffs it's so plain evil... lair of bols, pikets, huurtons all goes down without any problems. And if mind gets too much hits I use muon gold and veracpxxx food and good to go.

Next I'll start saving up for krayt advanced ubese, will be pain to get full suit with encumb slice...
