comparing anything we have as TKM to a jedi skill makes me want to vomit. That aside being able to use our current cob while moving would help out quite a bit even if it stays at the same length. I think applying it while moving would be a great fix.
Also, since we are about to be rooted or stasied to death, how about changing our force of will to allow us to break a movement debuff?

How about an Adv. COB that lasts 30 seconds longer, 3/4 the warm up timer, and +510 defense? Or is that just way too good?
Even better, but it would probably need to keep a long reuse timer (something like burst run) if it was that powerful...

Not a bad idea for FoW, what about make it break all states
Just move improved CoB to master, I dont like the idea of players only choosing TKA for x1xx...oh and dont add warm up timers and make it we can use it while moving.

This would be pretty cool and make up for the fact it has been broken for so long
I would be all for a long timer on this.Make you have to use strategy to use it at the right time.
In pvp or pve, I'm always getting attacked by +2 jedi, ACOB with out a warm up and +500 defense would own and actually let a TKM with out MDOC stand a chance.
