Hello,

I have hear people saying Armour is better for TKA, but other say no Armour is better. For all you TKA out there! Armour or no Armour?

No armor for me

1. Apperance
2. Hate to repair it and break it

any armor with over a 70 encombrance is worthless, I recommend composite gloves, biceps, and forarms, maybe boots? not sure, those are all low encombrances, and then its up to you to decide if you find any super low encombrances that help you for chest and legs..... bio clothing for melee and stun defense is GOOD and skill attachments

Get the maurader armor set. Is only 4 pieces and enc is next to nothing. Stats are 25% kinetic and 15% on the rest. Litteraly try it out, the enc is so low on this set that it is just like your in cloth. Only thing is it is ugly as hell lol.

Where exactly can you get this marauder armor? It's not something that an armorsmith can make.

I wear a full suit of composite.

Ya, I wear a full set of Composite. If you get Doc buffs and then use spice or food/drink and then get a Mind buff from a Master Dancer/Musician you'll be fine.

someone sid it before but I cant remember, is there a macro to unequip all your amror with one keystroke?

i use muarder armor some protection and low hame costs not so bad looking. Not going to use anymore once they put that decay **edit**

You get the maurader armor on a quest from the Maurader King on Endor. Is a good 6k jog west from smugglers outpost.

When you buy armor the first thing you should look for is the resists and the encumberance.

Encumberance is the ill-effects of the armor on your Secondary stats(str, con, quick, sta, focus, will)

You will notice each piece of armor has encumberaces for Health, Action and Mind.

These number represent how much it will take off your secondary stats in the selected areas(str, con, quick, sta, focus, will)

So if you want to wear a full set of armor you have to add up the totals from each HAM(health, action mind) from each piece of armor and make sure your secondary stats are above the total encumberance of your armor.

Some people can wear full sets, some people only wear partial sets.It is up to you wether you want to sacrifice some health and action to wear the armor.

You will want to make a macro for taking off and putting on your armor.

Wearing armor can reduce the dmg you take by over 50% in most cases, but it will make your special moves cost alot more to use.

When you macro that armor to put it on, you can also macro your clothes on and off too. I macro all that stuff so when I want to do specials, I have VKs off, armor off, then switch back to VKs and armor once all my specials are done. Once I get KD2, I think I will be less likely to wear armor.
