Howdy,

I just Mastered Teras Kasi 2 days ago. And I need some help from you TKM out there who's been PvPing and PvEing WAY longer then I have.

Well I want to know what should I do to be a decent or good PvPer, I have been a crafter all this time and I need a break and want to have some fun trying something new. For me to PvP I assume I throw on a set of Compostite, Mind and doc buffed also. But I hope TKM is a good pvping profession hehe. I am also a medic to heal my wounds when needed..

Thanks guys for the help

First: migrate every single pool you have to mind, EVER SINGLE ONE. Mind is the most essential thing in PvP.
2nd: sliced compositee amor
3rd: 9-pool buffs. doc, music, dancer.

Get some Vasarian Brandy, and have on hand synthsteak (damgae reduction) and ahisa (+400 focus) to use as needed.

Use your VKs always.

Your best bet in a fight:

Intimidate
Dizzy
KD
Blind

Intimidate is key, use that first whenever possible.

After that, some peoplesay apply a blind first, then use KD/dizzy, others say the other way around.

You may also want to throw on stun for good measure.

For doing damage, its either Unamredhit3, or Unarmedheadhit1

Use headhit 1 unless there mind is much higher than their other pools, or they are running away. UH3 has a 15m range.

If they are using foods like Thanatos (sp) you an try for a dizzy/posture chagne instead. less reliable, but can save you quite a few times.

You should throw in stun as soon as possible as that will make it easier to apply other states.

However, I usually lead with KD2 (because the other person's generally doing intimidate or warcry, and I often as not get the kd), followed by a couple of headhits, then two each of intimidate, stun, blind, one unarmed lunge, then oneKD2 again. After that, reapply whatever stateshaven't stuck or have become unstuck. Between doing state attacks, headhit or UA3, depending on what they're doing (if they're healing, headhits for sure).I make sure to stick in two intimidates every 8 or 9 secs just as a matter of course. And whatever you do...don't stop mashing buttons!

Intimidate is your best friend, if nothing else, make sure you use at least that.

the first thing i always do in pvp or a duel is 1. do 2 warcrys(just incase the first one doesnt hit) 2. stack about 6 intimates(so u dont have to worry about them hardly in the rest of the duel) 3. Blind 4. Stun. 5. Dizzy with a knockdown or lunge 6. headhit

get some or make some(noticed your a master armorsmith) 38-40% stun layerd armor . get about 5 helmets of them and get them all slcied and use the helmet that got the best effectivnes(base) slice.

Food: 2 Brandy
ahrisa (+400 to focus. if ur tk dont wory about it realy if u have mind bufs)

sythe steak (44% damage reduction)

and citris snow cake(for accuarcy)
and always have a muon incase emergencys

and by a crate of 25 vibro knucklers go around 200k and get them all sliced. Use a damage one above 190 damage and always have its max daamge poweruped

dont fight a fencer or you will get owned. Dont fight a Pikeman who brags about his dot weapon. Dont fight a pistoleer with geonasian pistol dont fight bh with geo pistol, and you will do just fine.

i usually dizzy+kd+unarmed hit 3 once they stand back up intimidate is nice till u can kd them again or they fall. lunge also is good if u can dizzy them again.

try stunning that fencer, you can knock him down a bit better.

Having master brawler you got three (four) posture change options available; lunge 2 ( I love this one!!!!! ), lunge 1, and of course KD one and two.

Fencers are good at what they do, applying states and dodging them. We are good at knocking things down and beating them like bad dogs. Stick to what you are good at.

lol just becuase fencers have higher defensives doesnt mean they'll own a tk. If you what u are doing ull win. Put a experienced Master marksmen verse a newb Teras kasi artist, im sure the experienced player would win. A lot of pple forget about adding states and etc... and just spam a special the whole time won't get you nowhere.

I would go with /intimidate /dizzy /kd Then spam the mind damaging attack (fogot the name) depeding on how low their mind is, or just the Unarmed hit 3.If you want, just try and keep some states on him also. Varsarian Brandy, Canape, and Snythesteak always help also.
