I think the main reason you don't see bothan or Rodian TKAs though, is that you don't see Bothans or Rodians PERIOD.

Yeahh but I agree... It's too bad we don't see more Rodians or Bothans
But what about Wookies and Mon Cals?? They are pretty populair.. But you don't see them often as TKAs as well, right??

I agree that Rodians can be very cool.. But their features seems very limited! I don't get why the DEVS contiune to make more and more wookie clothes and Twi'lek stuff, while races like bothan, mon call and Rodians are not being remembered!
Rodians have been in all the films! And in the EU they are a standard spicies! Why don't we got any rodian culture food, clothes, weapons or anything? hehe... Even young Anakinsbest friend in mos epsa was a Rodian... Andone of the younglings in episode 2 was a rodian!
And let's not forget about poorGreedo
But also Mon Cals and Bothans needs love!

pre release, when idecided i was going to be a martial artist i thought TK would be the perfect profession.Since i wanted to become the best possibleichose my race purely on stats,i chose trandoshan.the modifiers to unarmed alone were enough to persuade me, then again i had no idea how the mechanics or gameplay would affect my decision.i thought it was a great choice , a lot of health, action,, didnt need any mind and bonuses to unarmed combat in general. Trand is a great choice if you go by racial mods but the way things are played in game, health action, even modifiers dont really matter much. One can heal their health and action but not their mind so a large mind pool is great, note the Mon Cal. With power boost, a mon cal can have a very large mind pool without any buffs. Zabraks are another great choice because of their racial abaility, equiliberium. IMO wookies arent the best TKs because they cannot wear armor which is almost required for melee combat (without pets of course).
IMO recommended races:trands: better mods, but lowest mind limit, mon cal: highest possible base mind, and zabrak: equiliberium. Not recommended,wookies: cannot wear armor so they cant be the *best* tanks.
Being able to buff stats and wear vks, almost any race can become a great TK but the above races might be better suited, good luck and hope you are happy with your new TK

Im a Mon Cal TK Monk and with a few drops of Brandy and a Powerboostmymind is around 3K just imagine i go for a mindbuff too :-)

I didn't chose my species to go with my profession to be honest...I originally wanted to be a bounty hunter, but when I saw the animation for unarmed hit 3 I changed my mind.
