I was wondering since its been described as wookiees can rip limb(I know you heard this for millions of times already) why not give the wookiee ability as a TKA to have a special skill called "Shred Armor"

What this skill should do? The name says it already, since wookiees for now can't wear armor and is very unbalanced among other species, it may be an option to give wookiees the capability of taking off their opponent's armor (note: taking off armor that they are wearingthat will be placed on theirinventory and not let them put it back for the rest of the duel. of course the armor should be damaged some way or get ther resistance to be lowered, if you are thinking of a penalty. Also, once the armor is taken off, the skill can never be used again until a next duel) to balance wookiees in some way in pvp.

Hehe I think a real "Disarm" special would look funny as hell like that got milk comercial with the old man and the wheelbarrel.

Why not have the PSG's fixed a bit?

First off fix them so they dont change when you hop on a shuttle and make them cost/use effective to make. The standard ones dont cost HAM but if they say had a external power pack you had to wear then it would boost the sheild up to armor like standards. The power pack would cost HAM just like wearing armor (think of a car battery in a backpack) . Then you can have real protection that is the same effectivness as any armor and still not wear armor and violate your wookieness thingy against wearing armor?

I never understood what was up with the you can notwear armor thing as well as why a human can not use a bowcaster ?

not a flame. i just got 3 shield things from a friend went on a raid and didn't use them. not until recently i even really cared bout them. i'm a tkm wookie. are they any good? never herd of anyone ever using them.

No, PSGs still suck.

And, if you make them uber, they are uber for EVERYONE, since people in armor can still equip them. "Armor-shredding" will be seen as griefing.

There is only one answer. Give Armorsmiths a Wookiee-only armor schematic. Same defenses and stuff, but with a bit higher encumbrance to make up for our HAM bonuses.

Is that so hard? It seems fairly obvious to me...

I agree that something needs to be done to balance wookiees in PVP. I PVP ALOT and who do i go for first? Wookiees. They're they easiest to kill since they can't wear armor. Wookiees extra ham doesn't equal 90% composite with buffs. Sorry, our extra HAM implied that it would be similar to having armor on at launch.

I am protesting wookiee balance by wearing nothing at all. Who's with me?

Yes I've read it-I do try to ensure I've read all posts on the TKA forum

I seriously wish there was a Wookiee correspondent who could address the concerns of Wookiees across all professions. Long live the Wookiee!

Anyway, I'm all for giving the wookiees some love... I know with composite armour as it stands at the moment, anyone who cannot wear it is at something of a disadvantage. Personally I'd like to see armour have a tradeoff (at the moment, any tradeoff is easily negated with buffs), so the Wookiee is forced into one fork of a choice, rather than a simple absence of advantage in any situation.
