Pistoleers, Bounty Hunters, and Fencers are all requesting the ability to hold two one handed weapons. (makes sence to me, last time i checked, my character had 2 hands)

I think TK should be able to hold two VK. Make it a certification part way up the skill tree, now VK are a certified weapon for novices right now.

Ham costs would work the same...if you are holding 2 VK, and use a special, there goes twice your ham. Just imagine the damage...wow.

What do yalls think? It might make things a little unbalaced. Or maybe we can throw one into the back of someone kiting...oh ya

Just what I need, to be able to kill myself twice as fast with those HAM-draining death toys The only time I even bother using ONE VK anymore is if I'm literally beating on something without doing any specials....and that doesn't happen much in PvP (which is 90% of what I do now).

Now if they start giving us dual-wielding with our fists...../swoon.

I dunno, could be interesting, tho I doubt any of itwill happensince the devs are dead set against anything that requires more than 2 lines of code to implement

With the state the game is in, I think we need to fix the bugs and current problems and not add new ones. I can imagine all the bugs if they tried to introduce duel wielding at this time.

The pure damage of it all makes me light-headed. Perhaps one day. Right now, I just want to be able to get past my evolutionary disadvantage of not being able to raise my fists while my legs move. I needa good doctor out there to operate...Paging Doctor Nick Riviera...

Yes, yes, i know all the problems that could arise

And I agree 100% about fixing current issues before adding new ones, lol

It would still be cool to see Not sure that id like using myself as a punching bag again though

We don't have a "set" of VKs, we just have one. I'd be happy if the VKs would put the weapon model in both hands when we equip a single "pair." I mean, we're fighting two-handed. We're hitting people with both fists. The model just shows one of 'em.

But yeah, I'm all for adding diversity of weaponry to our profession, even if it just means we get a late-awarded cert to use two VKs simultaneously.

I'd also very much like it if "non-damaging" moves would, by default, NOT use VKs. Like, only the UnarmedHit's and UnarmedCombo's and such actually used the VKs. Lunge, Stun, Dizzy, Knockdown, and so forth are commonly used only with the weapon unequipped anyway.

That sounds good to me. It would be also nice to carry a gun in one hand and the virbo's in the other.. you know.. we might have agreater chance in PVP's. I think they should at least consider that. But two knucklers are cool too.

Since technically we are already using all of our limbs as it stands anyways...No no no, I won't start an argument!

Actually I would be content if the animation for Vibroknuckles was that of being held 1 in each hand. Purely aesthetic, but I would like it. Sort of like the way they are going to add gun holsters for the ranged players.

I have been talking with my friends about dual wield, and we have decided if it IS something to be implimented then it would have to have some SERIOUS drawbacks, I.E. reduced damage/speed/accuracy. And maybe even only offered at Master level. You have to keep in mind that not everyone will be able to dual wield...Swordsmen, Pikemen, Riflemen, Commandos, ect...Can you imagine a Commando with 2 Flamethrowers or Rocket Launchers??? YIKES!

A cosmetic change would be enough. Make VKs come in pairs instead of one at a time. It doesn't have to change any of the stats, just look different. Same number of attacks, same damage, etc.

We don't buy a glove after all, do we? We buy a pair of gloves...

I think you guys are looking at it wrong (from what I saw in the first few posts; didn't read em all). The other classes are all different from TK in the idea that they all use1 weapon. Teras Kasi, in contrast, use 5: 2 hands, 2 feet, anda head. What the other classes are asking for is 2 weapons instead of 1. To counter for this, TK's just need more combos. Does this make sense to anyone else or am I just high?

Forgot to add that VK's currently increase all unarmed hits. If you look at the animations while damage scrolls you see that VK modifies all hits regardless of where the animation is.

just make it look like you're using a vk in each hand. your damage goes up no matter what body part you use as long as you have a vk equipped.

i'm not saying it's a bad idea, but i'd rather have them fix the more pressing issues we have, then just throw more stuff at us that might get nerfed sometime in the future.
