Quick tid-bit:
Teras Kasiwere not jedi hunters, the entire idea behind theTeras Kasi, was that jedi could not police themselves. They had to handle situationswhen they believed that a particular jedi were "Out of hand', Amognst other things.
They drew from a power within themselves, completely oppisite to the power called the force. The Teras Kasi manipulated there mental minds, to draw extreme power. Because of this, they were sensitive to the force. They could not use it, or perhaps simply did not choose to use it, but they could detect when it was being used, and how powerful that use was.
Suggestion:
While meditiating, give a master Teras Kasi an ability, usable once per hour (Maybe every 3?), that allows him to "Scan" for jedi in a 500 meter radius, similar to the rangers ability to track players.
After this ability is used, the Teras kasi will have a PERSONAL TEF, that would not allow group TEFing, and ect, to attack all jedi scanned in this radius.
The catch:
The TEF would only be granted in this way, if the jedi's visibility is current high, much like the visiblity system needed to be on the bounty hunter terminals, however this visiblity system would be slightly more strict.

shorten the time, if a jedi is that high profile to the TKO then you wouldnt just look for them once an hour

i think this is one of the best ideas proposed on the boards so far. it makes sense, someone needs to keep an eye on the jedi(and the bhs sure rn't gna do it). give us some special abilities to combat the force(or maybe our own force powers....actually come to think about it couldnt we just take advantage of the new force sensitive system? keep tkm and just get some jedi skills to help us kill them. of course this would also meen betraying the order and falling victem to the force.

Let tkm kill jedi that are overt ONLY OVERT. This means any reguardless of what faction they are.This would help keep jedi population in check

pfft (here i am) bad idea... except im not going to say "hey Teras Kasi was never meant to hunt jedi" but hey that unbalances the game and how many more TKMs would there be around instead of other proffessions? if you brought back the simple tefs for jedi when they use a saber THAT would keep them in check... no more jedi running around in towns showing off because you would have people just waiting to kill them.

What does that mean?
If you want to do some Jedi hunting pick up the template every other BH is becoming to do better against Jedi- TKM/3000 BH.

So you want a system to hunt Jedi? A system that is better than the BH one (no shuttle waits, no looking at terminals, no bio sigs, no calling droids, AND personal TEFs)? All a TKA will do is head down to the geo caves and "scan" the place and attack any Jedi there.

i'm saying that the bhs arn't doing a very good job at containing the jedi population, what with the half a million running around in coronet with there sabers out. and yes teras kasi was ment to police the jedi, read the history of teras kasi thread at the top of the board.

no person will ever be able to police the jedi because of this simple equation.
jedi per server x $15 a month = one powerful voice
request a petition to unlock an elite soldier class quest (mandalore soldier) to even the jedi vs non jedi imbalance
in this time era jedi are rare and mandalore soldiers are rare/extinct but what if the black sun operatives were the first wave of a new class?
an alternate route for those who do not wish to become jedi

Well, if Teras Kasi were only for when Jedi got out of hand, how about they can only get TEFs on say, a Jedi who had killed more than 5 people in the last hour or so? It wouldn't be fair for a Teras Kasi Master to walk all over a Jedi Padawan who hadn't done anything.
