How does it work? Can you heal wounds with it or speed damage healing? If so, when does it start along the meditation branch?

meditate I = heals bleed


meditate II = heals posion


meditate III = heals disease


meditate IV= heals wounds

You heal bleeds at novice, just not very quickly.

does meditation improve ham regeneration as you meditate, or is it only useful for curing bleeding, poison, disease, and wounds (at given levels of meditation)?

Speeds HAM regeration as well. Its great.

It only heals wounds and slows down and stops disease,poison and bleeding DOT's.Unless they changed it since yesterday.


It does not increase HAM regeneration, would be great though and I wish it did, atleast the mind pool regen rate.

It appears to be improving your ham regen, but it is only 'cause you're in a sitting position,

Greatest thing about Meditation, it heals Mind Woulds as well. I am Master Doctor and Master Teras Kasi. So Mind Wounds are a godsend. Now poison and diesease are a different thing but they do work.
