Thread: Hey guys lets talk about TKA not about Nerfs.
Agree whole heartedly. This TK forum is in chaos, nothing constructive is being discussed. Im beginning to think that all the "nerf" posts are being posted deliberately to instigate arguements 
...and it doesn't help that we have no correspondant either, although I do hope Mr Heavy is doing wellin RL. I hope the next correspondant is chosen soon, we really need some order in here.
agreed, im saying they are just a bunch of leet doods just wanting to start fights becuase they think its amusing. besides you know another reason they start the fights is because they are "fotm: (flavor of the month)players who got thier butt kicked by a non-leet dood and now are mad becuase they cant be "uber". Kinda proves the fact theat non-leet acting people are for the most partsmarter and actually use a rarething called "tactics" instead of spaming shots and saying "im leet! i pwn joo". heh... *gasp* oooo.... truth hurts.... deal with it.... wipe your tears off and move on. this class fixed and the others willsoon be also.
as to the threads topic i agree, ignore the punks and lets get on with helping the devs fix the other professions and keeping ours fixed.

I have to agree about the use of tactics, it is one of the main reasons I stay away from most PvP unless it is a friendly duel done in fun. I'll admit there are better players out there that have better tactics and because of that I avoid fighting them.
I play TkA because I spotted it the 1st day I bought the game and said thats what I wanna be. Its fun and I enjoy role-playing the story's theme parks and running missions. If I wanted to go vs. real players more often then I'd pick up a 1st person shooter.
Funny thing is I only notice when changes have or are going to be made when I check the boards, my in game experience hasn't changed since day one.
I've always enjoyed playing martial artist in role-playing for over 20 yrs now, and always will.
To all my fellow monks out there.../BOW. And don't let others ruin your game experience, SWG rocks with or without them.

I'll probably get Flamed for posting here, but first let me say this..
"I'm with you guy's all the way", I think TKA/TKM is right where it ought to be, you guy's kick absolute butt in close combat! And by The Force! So you dang well should!
It's getting really annoying how players seem to cry nerf at Professions that are actually working well, rather than trying to get their own Professions fixed to the same state..
Before I possibly get flamed, the reason why I read this forum is because I want to pick up TKM as to complement my Template.. It was my plan from the start to have TKM / Rifleman and I'm halfway there 
Keep the fists flying guy's! You rock! And don't let anyone tell you otherwise

Unfortunately that seems to be the way the majority seem to think.. But if it's popular something must be right.. The profession must be working well and fun to use.. hehe!

Oh Please. I used to be a Bounty Hunter back in the days of the "EYESHOT IS OVERPOWERED NEEDS NERF" era. Trust me, this ain't nuthin.
Heck at least the nerf cries are for the most part here (with a few exceptions). Back then you couldn't go to ANY forum without SOMEONE complaining about eyeshot and the scatter pistol. Nearly every profession was whining about eyeshot in some form or fashion and trolls were born on the BH boards by the hour.
Armorsmiths spent millions of credits designing helmets with special heat and acid protection to counter this sole move. The Bounty Hunter vs Pistoleer wars were in full effect and the carnage inflicted was enough to make the clone wars AND the mandalorian wars look pale in comparision.
I guess that's why the nerf calls don't really bother me THAT much (they still bother me just not a ton). I've been through it before and believe me compared to the eyeshot whining this round of nerf callsis NOTHING.
