A BH who knows what they are doing will wipe the floor with a TKM. Only fools let us get close enough to kill them.

Hell, a BH who knows what they are doing will wipe the floor with anyone save for maybe a flame throwing commando... only reason they aren't a FOTD as much is b/c of the massive skill point requirement.

Learn what you are talking about before you cry nerf please.

And for the record, I never challenge people to duels w/o wearing my TKM tag,so I'd also appreciate it if you would refrain from generalizing a group of people that happens to involve myself. kthxbye

And furthermore, a Swordsman that knows what they are doing can take a TKM as well... again, learn what you are talking about before you cry nerf.

Besides, melee duels are pointless with warcry.

My take is thus:

>>A duel is used a duel - ie. its used to resolve issues between two players.

>> A duel is used asa sport - competitions and other events.

>> A duel is used as training exercises - between two friends/Guilders who either want to try out their new skills, or to have a laugh about who is better than who.

Random/shouts orchallenges, from somone who spams the airways with 'duel me!!!!!11' should be treated with contempt.

Want to fight other players because you know you can beat them? Join a Faction. Dont hide behind Neutral and Duel to do so.

IMHO.

I never duel randomly. Not because I'm worried they will beat me (maybe they can, maybe they can't) but because if really wanted to experience gaming in that fashion, I would join a Faction.

You can do lunge 2 with your sword you don't have to do it unarmed.

Hell yeah - those chefs are like the Jem'Hadar of the SW universe.... Its not just the salt, it's the 1.1 speed of those pans, and the KDs from rolling pins.. *quivers in absolute fear*

In fact, I bet Vader had a few gormet moves under that mask of his....... sauted potatoes.... nasty......

And thats why the Chef profession is broken... they're too **edit** tough!

Well, you generally see them running around in a skirt and no shirt, at least on my server. Its like an unofficial dress code.

- A TK is -usually- holding a pair of VK's, or no weapon at all.

- Only a TK can meditate, and -most- do this quite often

- A TK's stats -usually- have more mind then anything.

- If they are aTKM, they will have a profession badge.

When all else fails, ask.

But even a master swordsman cant knock you down and spam dizzy on you hundred times. That is the gayest and most cowardly thing I have ever heard. Ridiculous, people either want a ridiculous advantage or refuse to fight. At least I accepted the duel. he said no bleeds. Im bleeding everyone I duel from now on with my rifle.

Hehe, I hold my Nym's Carbine when I'm standing around. People aren't afraid to get close to someone holding a gun

Always have a macro that gives yourself a tell before your powerboost is about to wear off. I try to meditate/powerboost out of public view.

My HAM almost always looks like this to an opponent: 3500/3500/2900

I have about 5 profession badges. Which profession am I.....

Hehe, I'm just a simple Chef/Merchant, what harm could I be....
