I seem to be hitting less than Unarmed Hit 2 with Unarmed Hit 3, is anyone else experiencing this??

They broke its damage with the previous big patch. I used it a few times tonight. The only thing I can confirm as of yet is that whatever supposed damage increases went in with this patch did not affect the damage I do with UH3.

well my experience is that uh2 goes to 2k or a little over on tusken raiders. On the same npc, uh3 does around 2.1k. This is with a set of 186 damage vks.
Oh and sometimes uh3 does only 1.6k, and uh2 's min i have seen is 1.8k.

hrm. I don't have unarmed hit3 but you ppl are hitting low. Unless you are talking about with no VK's. I'm only 1/1/2/1 and I hit for 2400 dmg with UH2 with my 221 VK's

I haven't noticed a problem with it either. Pre-patch, without vk'sI would hit for 1200 dmg and now do around 1600 damage.

Having only 1 fight last night with a Kunga Warrior I noticed I was doing 3-3.5k per hit with UH3 wielding a set of 176ndamage VK ( not my best set ). And unless I'm mistaken the HAM cost of doing UH3 with VK was reduced.

Only 3k's I've seen with UH3 are on rifle weilding NPC's and KDed targets.
