Awesome.

I just finshed Swordsman for my first Holo and was very happy to see Teras Kasi as my second. This will be one profession i will not want to untrain out of.

Which skills should i try and get first?

Thanks

Pwer to 4 maybe stop off to balance one for the dizzy but max pwr first thats yoru speed damage makes lvling easier, then u can do med or take balance to 2 for the melee toughness I recomend maxing med first. The reason being monsters wont stay dizzy kd only humanoids so if your goin to be doin monsters med will be more handy and just using the balance 1 kd.

Thanks everyone so far. By the way...why should I take out the holo remark. I was quite happy with what the holo said.I was halfway to TKN when my first holo said swordsman...

The idea that someone would get flamed because they are working a class a holo told them is crazy. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

I did meditation first, thay way I was able to go to harder planers and only worry about BF.

First of all, welcome to the TKA profession

Once you get to TKN, the hardest part is over. I'd recommend you pick up power1 and balance1 for the dizzy and KD combo, which is highly effective against NPCs.

After that, go up to power 4. After power 4, it's really up to you. I went up balance, but that was a long time ago. The med tree has a number of nice benefits now.

If you have the resources, invest in a high-powered VK. The high-powered motors drop off Nym's and add damage to your VKs. A very well-made VK with a high-powered motor and agood damage slice will top out above 200 max damage without a power-up.

Remember that as soon as you hit +100 speed, you will no longer need to worry about the speed of your weapon. You'll attack once per second regardless of weapon speed or special used.

I highly recommend doctor buffs along with aGlazed glucose plate and Breath of Heaven for buffing. This will virtually eliminate the costs of your special moves.

Knockdown + Warcry is your best friend, and as long as you're holo hunting, you might as well master brawler and get WC2 for an additional 20 second delay.

More than anything else, enjoy. TKA is probably the most functional of the melee classes right now. We certainly have our share of buggs, but we're working relatively well compared to many other classes.

I have to say power and balance 1 first for dizzy and knockdown, then I personally think you should got to meditate 2 for powerboost. After that finish the power tree, and then the balance tree, and then finish meditate.

Once you get powerboost ...stay powerboosted all the time.Right after every powerboost,I will take breath of heaven and and glucose plate if im not buffed.

If im buffed, I take Fishak suprise and glucose plate.

I personally use the dizzy/kd combo on npc's and Kd/ warcry on creature mobs.

But always remeber this....Chefs and Doctorsand Entertainers areTKA's best friends...Get that dancers/musician buff,a doc's buff, and food buffs and KILL KILL KILL.

---> Rogan Kash - the Holocron told me to Master Swordsman...and the next one said Teras Kasi...Tarquinas server

Use your swordsman bleeds to get to TKN, should be fairly easy. Bleed once, then bang on it with speed sliced knucks.
