Thread: Other ways to earn a living as TK

Usually I go to Dant, get a buff and join a solo group, killing jantas and mokks for about 27k a pop - are there any other waysof making fast cash as TK on other planets, so I can avoid the lag on Dant? (Ahazi server)

Go to Dathomir and get a solo group for enraged rancors. They are 40k a mission.

If you have 15 skill points you can spare for a few hours, pick up novice scout and ask a chef what resources they need and what to kill to get it. It's not unheard of to make a cuple million on top of mission payouts for a buff session doing this. Chefs are loaded and always need something.

only down side rancor misions take alot longer than mokk and janta. and if yo ufind a improved job market on dant, mokk missions pay 32k, its faster than rancors.

Pick up the slicing branch of smuggler to slice the terminals. If you do rancors concentrate on the rancors that are present when you first apporach the lair. Then kill the lair w/o paying any attention to the rancors that spawn. I usually stick with unarmed III, with all the bio clothes and whatnot that i wear it makes pretty quick work of the lair. Be sure to have your bike out for the getaway.

someone mentioned improved job market, and you said you're from ahazi, so i'm gonna plug my city hehehe
I live in and help run New Hope on Dantooine on Ahazi. It's a 4 min swoop ride N/NE of Agro Outpost, but we are a Metropolis, so only swoop in if you miss the shuttle.
We almost always have entertainers in our cantina healing battle fatigue, mind wounds, and buffing both the primary and secondaries.
Our Mall, located in the town square in one of the Medium Naboo houses near the large garden, is fully stocked with great armor, great weapons, graet loot vendors, a chef vendor, basically just about anything you'll need.
There is also almost always a solo group being run out of New Hope, and is constantly large enough to support the janta/mokk missions which you'll find on our terminals at the pillars of the city hall. The janta/mokk missions are 31+K each, almost 32K.
There are also docs running around in the city constantly, in case you need a re-buff!
We are a rebel city, but get many many visitors of any faction affiliation.

An active player city? Like the NPC city's? Where there are actually people in the cantina? Where people actually do more then just set up shops and houses and come by once in a while to pay maintnance? Do you even have people in your med center healing people? Please tell me more of this magical place.

um, any town near MO outpost on dant should have improved job market.. it makes the janta/mokk missions 31-33k, on ahazi we got 2 towns less the 2km from MO and its always people doing missions there!

oh ok i got it hehe
well actually i went to talus yesterday and found a base of chunkers which wasnt listed under wp or POI
i got some decent loot wich gave me the idea of gettting artisan-bussiness and place a vendor with all the weird and good loot i get.
that will save lots of time of lookingfor buyerst for the stuff i have i just give them a wp and i got tons m ore time free to get more loot.
also i think thet just running mis is kinda of boring so just explore the map you never know what you will find.
im also master smugler and if i get a really good slice like a 35% dmg on a vk well i get tiped 100k's like yesterday so thats a good option
but remember this is a game dnt worry much about having a lot of cred's enjoy the game kill reb's or imp's AND HAVE FUN

If good resources are spawning, you could earn a great deal by harvesting and selling resources.
I have known people who have harvested around 40 units of meat or hide per kill and sold it at 50 cpu. That works out to 2,000 credits per creature. With about 9 creatures per lair, that works out to 18,000 credits above and beyond the standard mission payment.

i'm a TKM/Ranger, and ialmost nevertake missions. I just go out into the wilderness, with a shopping list of what organics my customers need, and level entire herds of unsuspecting critters. in a single buff i can end up with 50k units of certain hides or meat (or more, depending on what i'm hunting).
in 2 or 3 buffs, i can get several million credits worth of meats/hides/bones...
