hey wats up.. im bh and i would love to try a different approach at solo jedi hunts and
ive never been a melee prof. how long does it take to master tk and how effective
is it against a jedi?

TKM isn't the pwn all of jedi. It's just good because our attacks are geared towards stuff with moderate kinetic resists, which jedi have none of. Also we have decent melee defense, and the best toughness. While tkm may be one of the best, don't try to solo jedi..I'd suggest teaming up with a bh/carbineer, they're states, ones they hit, do wonders against jedi.

Actually, it is very easy to solo a Jedi, not neccessarily because we are geared towards kinetic damage against low AR targets, but instead because we can apply all states with the utmost accuracy.

I was thinking of mixing some of fencer and TKA with some pistols and BH, would that be any good against jedi?

i am a total melee duelist, and i have beat jedi knights before using teras kasi. if you want a melee profession to use to get jedi then tk is it. if you grind alot per day, a reasonable go is to master teras kasi from novice brawler in like 9-14 days. It can be done ALOT sooner than that though. Teras kasi is great cuz we have dizzy, kd, stun, blind, and intimidate. use these to your advantage when fighting a jedi. not all of them have healer x/x/x/4 (heal states) and with all those states laid on them you will be surprised that they have a tough time fighting you.

If you really want it done quickly, it can be done in 1-2 days.

thats what i meant by ALOT quicker, hehe i personally did it in a week but i wasn't just grinding.

a bh 3040/tkm/pistoleer 0040 will destroy most jedi if your not half-stupid
a 200k mish and the jedi was hitting me for 118 BEFORE psg and steak
]
i hit 375 a pop with spitting rawl every second and never miss

im leaning towards the speed capped swordsman really, a 900+ acklay hammer VS a jedi with 0 mitigation = dead jedi
Tkm is best for the long battle where you slowly drain a jedi of his Force pool once that is empty a gnort is more dangerous

If your VERY good, and are willing to use ALOT of money, you can go from novice to master Teras in 6 hours. Tested it, go to endor and do gurreck missions for 9k, with 80% kinetic armor and GOOD vibros. Teras destroys jedi pretty fast, just keep sticking intimidate, stun, and KD dizzy. If you have 0410 medic you can use nice heals, and just spam unarmed hit 3.

0040 medic is needed to use Stim Es
Don't forget blind on a Jedi because of their low accuracy (100 accuracy)
