Yes. I have one. And I've heard of a number of others. However in all cases so far, the stats are so low that they are basically useless... but they do make a really cool decoration in your house

I just got a 212 strength action poison VK. I traded 5 NS dot weapons for it, but I think it was a good trade since these are so rare and I have a pile of pikes.

i was told that ENranged bull rancors drop a mind DOT VK... ive yet to get the drop though if it exists

Mutant Bull Rancors, Enraged Bull Rancors and Lok NPC's drop these. Good luck though because the drop rate is something like 1/1000 for vk's with a dot. The stats usually stink with low strength, low duration, low potency and low uses. Low potency is not a problem for TKM, here is some pics of ones I have used in the past (so you can see what sort ofstats to expect)but stopped due to uses running low. I have just 1 -1 use health poison that i use now.
