Now that CH is being nerfed to hell...

Probably. or at least for most. Then theyll nerf us because people are whining before its even on the real servers yet. But I think for myself id pick a ranged profession with master doctor. At least then you can kite.

Yeah, you can always kite I guess, but that is NO fun, imho. Since my pets will be weaker, fewer in number, and no longer keep aggro off of me, I figured I may as well go with the best melee class, since that's what I'm being steered into as a PvE player.

LOL I think alot of people are in for a big supprise fi they start trying to grind TKA... its much harder... I did Caribiner in 2 weeks (just to see how long it would take a casual gamer). Ive been playing for 3 months and still haven't gotten to TKM. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong? Oh well at least I have fun.

I hear ya Kasamatsu, I'm not real keen on starting up a new grind. But having a lot of money (so I can get doctor buffs, knuckles, and armor), and being able to use stim D's, I hope this grind is easier than my previous grinds without those.

ya only because pvp sucks now, and its controled by bounty hunters and comandos for the most part.

I think the TK grind is alot easier than carbine. The worst part about the TK grind is the unarmed grind in the brawler tree. Once you get TKN things speed up alot.

Grinding unarmed combat experience without vks is a pain. Then when you DO get the vks, the ham costs are ridiculous w/o powerboost or buffs on. So I don't use vks at all. Then the 3.6 million unarmed combat experience needed to get to TKM along with an insane amount of combat experience is enough to make you bleed your eyes out.

Oh, and I personally want to take this time to mention that I think everyone who "dabbled" in CH (and now can't) that come over here to TK because "it's the next thing" can all FOAD.

Vorlin, I started this thread, so I'll reply to that comment. I did not dabble in CH, I was a master.

i would just like to say i am a master tka without the use of any pets faction or creature.

Well I started CH to dabble, and found I liked it. I dont mind much of the CH changes, as I play CH for the fun of it. I am 3 3 3 1 and have never owned a graul, and never will own a graul. I think just having a couple creatures is cool, especially as droids atm aren't cool. It ticked me off when they eliminated babies of some medium armor creatures but hey even if I can't tame the coolest creatures, there are still some pretty neat looking ones that are fun to fight alnogside.

I like the long difficult grind for TK and I hope it stays that way to keep the 1337 d00d5 away. Ah yes, i will db them all one day, yes... muwah ha ha ha!
