--The 'Cybernetic Arm' give NO aditional benefits what so ever.
--The "real speed"of the specials seems the same for Unarmed/Katarn/BlasterFist / tested with my 'eyes' :-)
What can I say?
Perhaps some stuff need some serious fixing?

Awesome work!
I'm beginning to think that coming back for the CU was a bad idea. What was the point of the alpha/beta/TC phases of this if even something as basic as weapons and defensive clothing would still be broken in live? I really like the new combat structure, but it seems as if the quality issues persist.

Was this testing done on a creature your lvl?
u take is different with and without a cybernetic arm on and off?
there are res stats so it either helps inate armour, does nothing
or turns inate armour off..

All TKM's should know this...before they get disapointed after spending hours trying to get all the "cool stuff" that don't work...
Interesting results.
What's your base melee accuracy? I know that there's a lot of talk about diminishing returns, so it's possible the +5 acc simply didn't make enough impact to show up. Have you tried it with a lower level char that only has, say, 80 MA, so that 85 is a big step up?
Other than that, a bit disconcerting....
